Being involved in athletics and team sport, it was only fitting to pursue a career in exercise. Studying Exercise Science and working as a health coach lead me in the direction of functional fitness & kettlebell fitness. I have been a personal trainer for 12 years, and have the status of “Master Trainer” (25,000 hours+).
My philosophy to health & fitness is to train often, be accountable, and avoid any fads or extremes.
Life is about balance, so have fun, work hard, enjoy the process along the way!
I graduated from Corban in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. That same year I married my wife Kaylyn and started my career as a Realtor.
All throughout my life I have loved sports and played baseball through college. After graduating, I decided it was time to hang up the cleats and start on a new adventure—which was functional fitness.
I have been involved in group functional fitness for just over 5 years now and coaching for over 3 years. The most enjoyable thing for me as a coach is to see the development and improvement happen in our members. It's an indescribable feeling when a member hits a personal record that they never thought they could accomplish!
I have been coaching for several years now—and it has been outstanding! I fell in love with health and fitness for years and am passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
